Český Krumlov

The town of Český Krumlov is often called the jewel of South Bohemia. Its historical centre was included into the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List in 1992. The castle (with a unique baroque theatre and a revolving auditorium in the castle gardens) and St. Vitus Church are the significant features of the town.

Five-Petalled Rose Celebrations take place in Český Krumlov every year in June. The entire town experiences a return to the past during these celebrations. Music festivals, performances at the revolving auditorium and various art exhibitions are very popular as well.
